Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the third respondent, for the grant of retail kerosene vending licence to the petitioner, and if the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same, within a specified period, without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned orders of the second respondent, dated 11.03.2004 and of the first respondent, dated 01.03.2006. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the third respondent, for the grant of retail kerosene vending licence, within a period of four weeks from today, and on such representation being submitted, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned orders of the second respondent, dated 11.03.2004 and of the first respondent, dated 01.03.2006, rejecting the request of the petitioner for the renewal of the retail kerosene vending licence, granted to her earlier,within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
