JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 30.8.1993/1.9.1993 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhabhua in Complaint case No.351 of 1990 Trial No.239 of 1993, by which it has acquitted the respondent nos.1 to 7. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find that the same is completely cogent and there is no scope for disagreeing with the reasoning enumerated by the Trial Court. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
