JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 03.10.1994 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 1222 of 1992/ Tr. No. 116 of 1994 by which it has acquitted the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6. 2. On going through the judgment of the Trial Court, I find that the respondents were acquitted for good reasons and this Court finds no reason to disagree with the finding arrive at by the Trial Court. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
