JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 21.09.1994 passed in Complaint Case No. 1442(C) of 1991/ Tr. No. 405 of 1994 by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari by which it has acquitted the respondents. 2. Having gone through the judgment of the Trial Court, I find that the acquittal was for very reasoned grounds and this Court is not in a position to disagree with the findings arrived at by the Trial Court. The appeal is dismissed.
