JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The State has filed an appeal against acquittal of the sole respondent by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Tr. No. 379 of 1994 (Forest Case No. 18 of 1991) by a judgment dated 09.02.1994. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find that the Court below has considered the provisions of law and applied the same on the facts of the case and thereafter arrived at the finding that no offence was made out against the respondent. I see no reason to disagree with the finding arrived at by the Trial Court. 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
