JUDGMENT V.K.Sharma,J. The petitioner is a JBT Teacher. Vide office order dated 10th September, 201, Annexure P-1, he has been transferred from Government Primary School, Bagla (Balh) to Government Primary School, Bagliyara (Seraj-I) vice private respondent No.5 Sunita Sharma. The order of transfer has been challenged by the petitioner on the twin grounds, firstly that he has been transferred despite short stay of about one year and secondly his son is suffering from ‘Interaventricular Hemorahage (IVH) Grade IV with seizure’ and is under going treatment at PGI, Chandigarh. 2. Per contra, the stand on behalf of the respondents is that during most of the service carrier of the petitioner, he remained posted within the radius of 25 kilometers from his native place. Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction that subject to the petitioner making a representation along with copy of this judgment to respondent No.2 within a fortnight from today, the said respondent shall consider the same and take a final decision in the matter within next fortnight in accordance with law and justice by exploring the possibility of adjusting the petitioner suitably against one out of three places of his choice keeping in view the contentions raised by him as above, after affording an opportunity of being heard to him, if so desired. Interim order dated 21.9.2010 shall continue till then. 4. In view of disposal of the main petition, pending CMP(s), if any shall also stand disposed of as infructuous Copy dasti.
