JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 25.05.1993 passed by SDJM, Patna in Complaint Case No. 71(C) of 1991/ Tr. No. 71 of 1992 by which he has acquitted the Respondent No. 2. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any reason to disagree with the conclusion arrived at by the Trial Court and, therefore, finding no perversity in the judgment in appeal, the same is dismissed.
