JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 11.2.1994 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, West Champaran, Bettiah in Trial No.601 of 1993, by which it has acquitted the sole respondent. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find that the same is well considered and no reasonable person can disagree with the conclusion arrived at by the Trial Court. 3. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
