JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner has already made a representation for the redressal of his grievance vide Annexure A-1, dated 05.12.2002. However, the same has not been decided till date. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2, now to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 05.12.2002 (Annexure A-1) by passing a speaking/detailed order, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
