JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 19.2.1994 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Complaint case No.109(C) of 1992 Trial No.34 of 1994, by which it has acquitted the sole respondent. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find that the same is well considered and no reasonable person can disagree with the conclusion arrived at by the Trial Court and, therefore, this appeal is dismissed.
