JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 19.10.1993 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Siwan in Complaint case No.141 of 1983 Trial No.274 of 1993, by which it has acquitted the respondent nos.2 to 7. On going through the judgment impugned, I find that the court below has considered the facts of the case and arrived at a conclusion, which cannot be differed with by this Court. 2. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
