JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge The present petition is disposed of in view of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in Dr. Ishwar Singh Chakor versus HP Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Palampur and others, CWP(T) No. 5680 of 2008, decided on 22nd October, 2010. 2. Consequently, the petitioner is permitted to approach Union of India/UGC, in which case the Union of India/UGC shall take appropriate action and pass appropriate orders in the matter, within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this judgment. No costs.
