ORDER 15.11.2011 — Heard Mr. Mandal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.In view of the simple grievance of the petitioner that he has given an application before the Collector (O.P. No.1) for grant of benefit of re-settlement of rehabilitation policy sponsored by the State Government as the land of the petitioner measuring an area of Ac.9.54 decimals in village Siaria was acquired by O.P. No.1-Collector, Jajpur for the public purpose. Compensation amount of Rs.6,01,020/- has been disbursed on 25.3.2010 vide notice dated 18.3.2010, award No.434. The petitioner has been of getting Ac.0.010 decimals of land which he is legally entitled under the Scheme. In this regard the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-3 is pending before the Collector (O.P. No.1). The same has not been disposed of. Hence this writ petition. 3.In view of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, the same is required to be considered by O.P. No.1 under the Scheme and the petitioner has rightly approached this Court seeking the relief as mentioned above. 4.In our view, the petitioner is entitled for the same. Accordingly, the O.P. No.1-Collector, Jajpur is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-3 within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The writ petition is disposed of as such. Petition disposed of.
