JUDGEMENT Prakash Anjana, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 30.4.1993 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chapra in Complaint case No.1059 of 1989 Trial No.124 of 1993, by which it has acquitted the respondent nos.1 to 3. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find that the same is well considered and, therefore, cannot be any reason to disagree with the conclusion arrived at by the Trial Court. 2. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
