JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J It is not in dispute that present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP (T) No. 5759 of 2008, titled as Subhash Chand and another versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 5.7.2010. 2. Consequently, the present petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to pay and release the pay scale of Rs. 5480-8925 to the petitioner with effect from 6.3.1999 and 4.1.1999, respectively. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
