JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner has assailed the appointment of respondent No.5 to the post of Primary Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School, Gahin Lagore. Petitioner and respondent No.5 were interviewed by the duly constituted Selection Committee on 16.5.2006. Petitioner has secured 62 marks and respondent No.5 has secured 63.01 marks. Suitability of the petitioner and respondent No.5 has been gone into by the duly constituted Selection Committee. No mala fides have been levelled by the petitioner against the Chairman and Members of the Selection Committee. 2. Mr. Himmat Singh Negi has also argued that the result was to be declared within 15 days. The result could be delayed due to number of reasons. It cannot be said that if the merit is not drawn within 15 days, the entire selection process will stand vitiated. 3. Accordingly, in view of the observations made hereinabove, there is no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
