JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner has obtained the degree/certificate from Hindi Sahitya Samelan Paryag, Allahabad, which is not recognized by the State of Himachal Pradesh for the purpose of public employment. 2. The question whether the degree issued by Hindi Sahitya Samelan Paryag, Allahabad is recognized or not is no more res integra in view of the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.19 of 2008, tilted as Smt. Shushma Devi versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 8.7.2009. 3. Accordingly, there is no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
