JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma,J. Petitioner has assailed the appointment respondent No. 6 to the post of Junior Engineer in Panchayat Samiti, Gagret, District Una. 2. Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that he has obtained degree in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala (Punjab). According to him, the respondent No. 6 has only obtained diploma in Civil Engineering. However, fact of the matter is that the suitability of the petitioner and respondent No. 6 has been gone into by a duly constituted Selection Committee. Respondent No. 6 has been found more suitable vis-à-vis petitioner. Consequently, this Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?. No. Court will not sit in appeal over the recommendations made by a duly constituted Selection Committee. 3. Accordingly, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
