It is jointly represented by the parties that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in Ram Lal Sharma and Others Versus State of H.P. and another, CWP(T) No. 8451 of 2008. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
