Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, it had been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had been reinstated in service. 3. In view of the said submission, since, no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
