JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner has already made a representation with regard to pay fixation vide Annexure A-6 on 8th July, 2004. Admittedly, the same has not been decided till date. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 8th July, 2004 (Annexure A-6), within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. While deciding the representation, the respondent No. 2 shall also take into consideration the judgment rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Gurcharan Singh Grewal and another Versus Pubjab State Electricity Board and Others (2009) 3 Supreme Court Cases, 94. The petitioner shall also be heard in person and for that purpose, the date shall be notified to him separately. No costs.
