JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner has assailed the office order dated 01.10.2005 (Annexure A-2). He was paid deputation allowance, however, the same was being directed to be recovered vide Annexure A-2, dated 01.10.2005. It is admitted case of the parties that the petitioner was not heard before the issuance of Annexure A-2, dated 01.10.2005. He has been visited with civil and evil consequences. Consequently, the office order dated 01.10.2005 (Annexure A-2) is quashed and set aside. However, liberty is reserved to the respondents to proceed in the matter in accordance with law. 2. With these observations, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
