JUDGMENT :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2. At this stage, of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the first respondent had passed an order, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, by its order, dated 07.12.2010, made in W.P.No.27923 of 2010. In such circumstances, since, no further order is necessary, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
