JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners are aggrieved since they are not granted the work charge status. According to them, the case is covered by the decision of this Court in Phool Maya vs. State of H.P. rendered in CWP (T) No. 10220 of 2008. It is for the second respondent to examine the matter. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of as follows: 2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter in the light of the decision of this Court in Phool Maya’s case (supra) and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, referred to above by the petitioner concerned. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any. Dasti copy.
