ORDER : G.S. Singhvi, A.K. Ganguly, JJ. IA Nos 4,6,7 and 8 of 2011 1. Issue notice. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, learned standing counsel for the State of Karnataka accepts notice. 2. The replies to the interlocutory applications be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within next four weeks. 3. List the interlocutory applications in the second week of July, 2011. 4. In the meanwhile, such of the lessees who have extracted minerals from within two kilometers of Jambunatheswara temple, which are lying on the spot are permitted to lift the stocks under the strict supervision of Deputy Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Hospet. The officer concerned shall first ascertain the quantity of the stocks, which were excavated prior to 11th March, 2011 i.e. the date on which this Court granted stay. After the quantity of minerals legally extracted by the lessees is identified, the concerned officer may allow the transportation of stocks from the area. 5. List the main matter on 25.4.2011.
