JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved since she has been replaced by the 5th respondent. The petitioner is a PTA appointee and the 5th respondent is a regular appointee. The replacement took place in January, 2009. Thus the 5th respondent has been working on regular basis since January, 2009 at the present Centre. According to the petitioner, she can work only in Government High School, Karanghat, whereas the petitioner being a regular teacher, she can work in any open vacancy. But the fact remains that the 5th respondent has been continuing over two years as a regular teacher. In case the petitioner can point out any suitable vacancy where the th respondent is willing to be accommodated on her own, the petitioner may point out the same before the second respondent along with the record regarding the willingness of the 5th respondent, in which case the second respondent will consider the matter and take appropriate action within another one month. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any. Dasti copy.
