JUDGEMENT Sheema Ali Khan, J. 1. This application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Phulwarisharif/Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 275 of 2004. Om Prakash Keshri and this petitioner have been made accused in this case. Both of them are dealers of Public Distribution System. The Case of Om Prakash Keshri has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 16.05.2008 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10 of 2005. 2. Accordingly, the case against the petitioner is quashed on the grounds as mentioned in the order dated 16.05.2008 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 10 of 2005. 3. In the result, this application is allowed.
