JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-4 order passed by the Executive Officer and Annexure P-5 order passed by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer under the Narega Scheme. According to the petitioner, no opportunity was given to him by the Deputy Commissioner. 2. In view of the submission, as above, the petitioner may appear before the second respondent along with a copy of this judgment on any date during the 2nd week of March 2011 and the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to verify the records and also an opportunity for personal hearing. If after the said process, in case the second respondent is of the view that the matter requires reconsideration, then the matter shall be considered afresh after affording an opportunity for hearing to the private respondent also. 3. In view of the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of so also the pending application (s), if any.
