JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. Bhuvnesh Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present petition, in order to enable his client to make a representation for the redressal of his grievance to respondent No. 1. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to make a representation for the redressal of his grievance to respondent No. 1 within a period of three weeks from today. Thereafter, the same shall be decided by the respondent No. 1 by passing a speaking/detailed order, within a further period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. In case the representation of the petitioner is considered favourably, he shall be entitled to all the consequential benefits. No costs.
