JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph,C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- (i) That the respondents may very kindly be directed to grant promotion to the petitioners to the post of Principal school cadre with all consequential benefits w.e.f. the date January, 2009 i.e. the date from which persons junior to them have been promoted as such, on ad hoc basis.” 2. There will be a direction to the first respondent to treat Annexure P-4 notice as representation by both the petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition. In case, the petitioners request for an opportunity of being heard, the same shall be granted to them. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
