JUDGMENT :- 1. This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry in to the report dated 17.8.2010 submitted by the 2nd respondent after giving opportunity to the petitioner within time frame. 2. The petitioner has given a representation on 29.7.2010 with regard to the report submitted by the District Collector on an enquiry pursuant to the order of this Court. 3. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the said representation dated 29.7.2010 on its own merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
