JUDGEMENT Sheema Ali Khan, J. 1. Heard Counsel for the parties. 2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint petition does not indicate the ingredients of the offences. The prosecution case is that the petitioner had taken a loan from the complainant and he had refused to make payment of the said loan amount. 3. All these aspects may be considered at the stage of discharge. The petitioner is given liberty to raise all these 2 questions at the appropriate stage. 4. This application is accordingly disposed of
