Judgment : The Court: The art.226 petition is disposed of directing the State Level Authority under the West Bengal Ground Water Resources (Management, Control and Regulation) Act, 2005 to decide the petitioner’s complaint (at p.47) within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. After making enquiry, recording proceedings and hearing parties, the authority hall give a reasoned decision that shall be communicated to all at once. No costs.
