JUDGMENT : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of these Writ Petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 had submitted that the provisions of the Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.79, Environment Forest (Forest 14) Department, dated 29.04.2003, would be followed, in respect of the forest produce in question. 3.In view of such submission being made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1,2,4 and 5, since, no further orders are necessary, these Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
