Order Shri N. Subba Reddy, learned Senior Counsel Advocate was appointed as Amicus Curiae by the Court vide orders dated. 08.12.2010 and 24.01.2011 in taken up petitions which stand disposed of. While appointing him as Amicus Curiae, it was provided that fee shall be payable to him by the Government whatever may be fixed by the Court, Inadvertently, we omitted to settle his fee while finally adjudicating upon the matter, consequently, the omission is brought to our notice by the Registry vide its note dated. 17.08.2011, therefore, we directed the matter to be posted before the Court. That is how it has come up before us today. Regard being had to the assistance rendered by the learned Senior Counsel on several hearings including final hearing of the matter for our continuous days, we are of the opinion that an amount of Rs.50,000/- in each case would suffice. Learned Advocate General shall ensure that the amount is deposited by the concerned authorities during the course of the week to be disbursed by the Registry to Shri. N. Subba Reddy, learned Senior Advocate.
