JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: a) Direct the respondents to pay the petitioners the pension for the period prior to the year 1978 as detailed in the writ petition along with interest up-to date.” 2. According to the petitioner pursuant to several judgments passed by this Court including the judgment in CWP No.1802 of 2002 wherein the order passed by the erstwhile State Administrative Tribunal in OA (D) No.283 of 1996 was challenged before this Court, the State has implemented the revision of pension. In case the petitioners are also similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the judgment and the other judgments, referred to in the writ petition and in case those judgments have become final and in case the petitioners herein are similarly situated, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioners herein also. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
