JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for his conversion into daily waged Chowkidar w.e.f.completion of his 10 years of service on part time/temporary basis, as per instructions dated 27.2.2004 issued by the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of H.P., further liberalized vide letter dated 13.10.2009 and instruction dated 17.10.2008 issued by the Principal Secretary (Revenue) to all Deputy Commissioners, with all consequential benefits. 2. There will be a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the government instructions and to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with the copy of writ petition by the petitioners before the respondents concerned. 3. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of and so also the pending applications, if any.
