JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) That respondents may be ordered to grant work charge status to the petitioners w.e.f. 1.1.2003 after completion of 10 years of service with all the benefits thereof such as full back wages, seniority and pay fixation etc.” 2. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered by the judgment of this Court in Phool Maya vs. State of H.P. and others, CWP (T) No.10220 of 2008. Therefore, there will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and in case the petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioner covered by the judgment, referred to above, similar benefits shall be extended to the petitioners herein also. The needful in this regard shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the judgment, referred to above. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
