JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, The petitioner is a P.T.A teacher. According to him, in case 4th respondent, who is a regular employee, is accommodated in another open vacancy, the petitioner can be continued as P.T.A teacher in the Government Senior Secondary School, Khalel. The petitioner may approach the 2nd respondent pointing out the open vacancy where the 4th respondent is willing to work in which case the 2nd respondent will pass appropriate orders posting the respondent to the place where he is willing to work till he is replaced by a fresh appointee. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent. In case a written willingness is not produced by the petitioner, it will be open to the Director to ascertain from the private respondent his willingness to work in any of the vacancies pointed out by the petitioner. We make it clear that unless the willingness of the private respondent is obtained as above in either manner, he shall not be disturbed so as to accommodate the petitioner. 2. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
