JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(a) That the writ in nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued and respondent may kindly be directed to transfer the petitioner to the station of his choice as per transfer policy of the Government after taking into consideration the previous service at Lahaul & Spiti (HP).” 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed Annexure P-4, representation before the second respondent. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into Annexure P-4 and take appropriate action in the light of the policy and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has already served in Lahaul and Spiti and other hard areas for more than three years. The needful in this regard shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
