JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, It is not in dispute that the present lis is covered by the instructions issued by the Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation dated 03.02.2009 and the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP(T) No. 2882 of 2008, titled Darshan Singh Versus H.R.T.C.. 2. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Annexure PD, dated 20th February, 2006 is quashed and set aside. However, the amount already recovered from the petitioner is directed to be refunded to him within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
