It is not in dispute that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in Nek Ram and Others Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and Others, CWP(T) No. 14232 of 2008, decided on 17th November, 2009. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioner in view of the principles laid down by this Court in the judgment dated 17th November, 2009, as noticed above, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
