JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(i) That a writ of mandamus may kindly be issued thereby directing the respondents to pay at least the minimum of the pay scale in the revised pay scale for the same post held by the regular counterparts, i.e. (J.B.T. Teachers) to the petitioner from their initial appointment along with arrears and all other consequential benefits as given to similar situated persons in CW`P(T) 6037/2008 titled as H.P. Rajkiya Prathmik Anubandh Sangh versus State of H.P. (ii) Direct the respondents to pay the salary for the period of vacations to the petitioner according to the judgment passed by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. 415/2000 titled Baldev Singh & others versus State of H.P.” 2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgments referred to above and in case those judgments have been implemented in principle and have attained finality, the petitioner shall also be entitled to the same benefits, in case he is also similarly situated as the petitioners in those cases. The needful action in this behalf shall be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with the copy of the writ petition, by the petitioner before the Director. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
