JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that he has passed B. Com examination and thereafter acquired B.Ed. qualification in the year 1993. His case for session-wise appointment as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) under O.B.C. (I.R.D.P.) category was not considered only on the pretext that he has done B.Ed. after B.Com examination. 2. Mrs. Ranjana Parmar, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure A-13, dated 30.10.1995, whereby similarly situate persons vis-à-vis the petitioner at Sr. No. 143, 216 and 219 have already been appointed as T.G.Ts.. 3. Accordingly, in view of the observations and discussions made hereinabove, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) under O.B.C. (I.R.D.P.) category, strictly on the analogy of the persons, mentioned hereinabove, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
