JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. (Oral) The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer: “i) That the writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued directing the respondents to pay the arrears of regular status to the petitioner after completion of eight years of service which comes to the period of 7 years as per the policy framed by the Government of Himachal Pradesh for regularization with all consequential benefits of seniority as well as arrears along with interest from the date of his due at the rate of 12% per annum on the arrears.” 2. According to the petitioner, her case is covered by the decision of Hon'ble Apex Court in Mool Raj Upadhaya vs. State of H.P., 1994 supp. (2) SCC 316 and that of this Court in Gauri Dutt & ors. vs. State of H.P., Latest HLJ 2008 (HP) 366. The petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the Writ Petition before the first respondent, in which case, the first respondent will look into the matter, verify the facts and take appropriate action in accordance with law, adverting to the submissions made by the petitioner within another four months. 3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
