JUDGMENT This writ petition was originally field challenging Ext. P8 order, through which a request made by the petitioner to incorporate additional class of business in the registration granted to the petitioner, was rejected. In view of the statutory remedy available, the petitioner had now preferred Appeal/Revision petition against Ext. P8, during pendency of this writ petition. Copy of the review petition field before additional 5th respondent is produced as Ext. P10. Under the above mentioned circumstances, I am of the view that interest of justice will be served if a direction is issued for consideration and disposal of Ext. P10 Application on an early basis. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the additional 5th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P10 application, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
