JUDGMENT V.K.Sharma, J. The petition has been filed on the following prayers vide para 7(a) and (b):- “(a) Quash the impugned R&P Rules A-8 & A-9 whereby the promotion quota of supervisors has been reduced to 3% being issued arbitrarily, malafide and illegally by the respondents; (b) Direct the respondents to promote 11 persons including the applicant from the category of Supervisors against 22 post of JE (CM) being filled up as one time settlement by relaxing the R&P Rules.” 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits at the very outset that representation dated 20.7.2002, Annexure Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. A-10, addressed to the Chairman of the respondent-Board is still pending decision. In such circumstances, it shall be expedient and in the interest of justice to direct the respondent/competent authority to consider the aforesaid representation dated 20.7.2002, Annexure A-10 and decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law, within three months from the date of production of copy of this judgment by the petitioner. 3. The petition as also pending CMPs, if any, stand disposed of in the above terms.
