JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. Writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) For issuing a writ of certiorari for quashing the order of Deputy Commissioner at annexure P-3 and for directions to the respondents to permit the petitioner to join his duties as PTA teacher in GSSS Dhatti, District Kangra.” 2. We are informed that the matter is under consideration before the Deputy Commissioner. There will be a direction to the Deputy Commission to take final decision in the matter of petitioner, after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition before the Deputy Commissioner by the petitioner. A copy of the writ petition be also served on the fourth respondent alongwith a copy of this judgment by the petitioner. 3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
