JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner joined service as daily waged Beldar on 1.1.1999. He has been conferred regular status on 1.12.2008. According to the petitioner, he should have been granted work charged status in the year 2007. Conferment of work charged status as on 1.1.2007 would arise only, in case there was work charged arrangement in the establishment as on that date. In case, establishment was a work charged establishment as on that date, appropriate action will be taken in the case of the petitioner in light of decision of this Court in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, titled Rakesh Kumar vs. State of H.P. and ors. by the second respondent within a period of 4 months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and a copy of the judgment, referred to above, by the petitioner. 2. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s) if any.
