JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The petitioners are aggrieved since they are not regularized since according to them, despite fulfilling the qualification they are not regularized in the post of Clerk/Mining Guard. It is the contention of the petitioners that there exist vacancies in the post and the petitioners are duly qualified for the same. Still further, it is submitted that the vacancies are going to be filled up without considering the claim of the petitioners. All these aspects are to be considered by the second/third respondent in the light of the policy. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the second/third respondent to consider the grievances of the petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter. The needful shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned. In case any of the petitioners requests for an opportunity of hearing, the same shall also be granted. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
